The challenge: No driveway
It’s rare, but every now and then there’s a challenge that seems impossible: what do you do when the customer doesn’t have a driveway to place a container – or for that matter, a front lawn – and they’ve had a flood?
The solution: With proper permitting from the city authorities, iCan was able to serve this client in Rutherford, NJ by placing the iCan right on the public street. But we were only permitted to leave it there for 24 hours. So iCan returned the next day, after the client loaded the unit with everything he wanted to keep safe, and returned it to our facility, where it stayed safe and protected until they were ready to have us reverse the process.
The results: Problem solved: the client was able to move their things out of their apartment, restore their space, and have the fast turnaround they needed to comply with the permit’s requirements.
