When we think of Ulster County, NY, we think of funky restaurants in New Paltz, skydiving at The Ranch in Gardiner, climbing the ‘Gunks, and of course, Mohonk Mountain House – both for hiking, dining, and sleeping. With the Hudson as its eastern border and mountains to the west, Ulster is simply gorgeous. We like to think we make it a little more gorgeous with our attractive purple and white iCans.
